Corporate Compliance Officer: oversee ANZ's corporate compliance, coordinate with ANZ management and Brenntag's regional compliance managers to identify risks, implement policies and procedures to uphold laws and regulations, and monitor adherence.
Administration: provide administrative support for Brenntag ANZ, HR Team, ANZ Managing Directors, and undertake daily activities and projects as needed.

  • First point of contact for compliance-related inquiries
  • Ensure Brenntag ANZ follows country's laws and corporate guidelines
  • Review and maintain compliance management systems
  • Develop internal policies aligned with global compliance standards
  • Implement local compliance processes
  • Report to management on compliance
  • Take action on noncompliance situations
  • Conduct audits to identify weaknesses
  • Communicate compliance initiatives and training
  • Support during Compliance Risk Assessment and audits
  • Manage ANZ Gift Register and Legal DMS Contract
  • Facilities and office management
  • Assist with corporate merchandising, digital communication, and travel arrangements
  • Office mail and courier management
  • Assist in Company Events coordination
  • Perform other assigned duties
YOUR PROFILE
  • 3 years experience in Legal/Executive Assistant/Compliance
  • Understanding of relevant laws and regulations
  • Ability to identify and assess compliance risks
  • Experience in policy development and auditing
  • Strong Problem-Solving skills
  • Ethical Awareness
