About the Role
The Customer Tax Transparency (CTT) competency is responsible for delivering business capability to enable ANZ to comply with its tax compliance obligations under Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), the Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and other similar regimes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed business analysis activities for due-diligence support activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work with large and complex data to support and meet regulatory compliance requirements, identifying areas for process improvement.
- Identify, analyse and embed strategic initiatives such as process improvements, enhancing business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work with Operations Teams to analyse and resolve complex issues that impact their due diligence activities, providing expert guidance and support.
Requirements
- Strong business analysis experience, preferably with experience in Project transition to BAU or Business Analysis in a BAU function.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to lead information gathering, investigation efforts and implement change.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- Ability to understand the needs of multiple stakeholders and respond appropriately to complex problems in short timeframes.
- Proficiency in the delivery of business process analysis outcomes, including current state analysis; root cause analysis; process improvement objectives; and process vision and design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong and proven attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
