A leading Independent Global Design Agency is seeking a Finance & Administration Officer to join their business.

Working alongside the CEO, the successful applicant will be working on a broad range of tasks for the Agency including Bookkeeping, Design Support and WIP/ Revenue Accounting,

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with budgets and financial Analysis.
  • Assisting with Monthly P&L reporting.
  • Working with Account Service to reconcile WIP.
  • Resource utilization and job profitability reporting.
  • Expense management.
  • Updating leave entitlements.
  • Accounts payable & receivable.
  • Assisting the Design Studio and planning client events.
  • Ad hoc general administrative support to the CEO.


All applicants should have - 5 years finance experience from the Marketing Services Sector where they have managed the Agency's WIP and JCR process with Account Service teams.

You should be a 'self starter' with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of developing strong working relationships with non-finance staff in a creative environment.

An accounting qualification (Degree/ TAFE) is preferred, and a CPA or CA qualification is beneficial, but not essential.


This is a great opportunity to work in a high profile role at a leading Design Studio with a great culture.
