_About the Role_

Due to continued growth of the business we are seeking experienced High Pressure Water Blaster Technicians to join our team for an upcoming projects in Brisbane to start with.

There are amazing opportunities for more work afterwards as we are in a peak growth period and have a variety of projects for the rest of 2023 / 2024.

Your 1st project will be located at Brisbane Gibson Island or Ampol Lytton Refinery

_Requirements & Experience Needed_

  • Min of 12 months experience working on shutdowns, preventative maintenance projects within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Experience in working on columns and drums is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work shift work (Day/Night/Weekends).
  • Construction Induction (White Card).
  • HPW Operator or Assistant ticket (essential).
  • Working at Heights certificate (within 2 years essential).
  • Confined Space Entry certificate (within 2 years essential).
  • Breathing Apparatus certificate (Highly desirable).
  • Current Drivers Licence (HR/HC/MC highly desirable).
  • Gas Test Atmosphere (desirable).
  • High Risk Work Licence
  • LF/Dogman/Rigger (advantageous).
  • Full Australian work rights.

_Duties will include but not limited to_

  • Manual High Pressure Water Blasting.
  • Tank Head cleaning.
  • High Pressure Water Cold Cutting.
  • Wash pad Water Blasting.
  • Insitu cleaning, including inside confined spaces.
  • Strong commitment to Work Health and Safety including participating in safety documentation requirements.
  • Ability to work within a team environment while capable of working unsupervised.
  • Strong problemsolving capabilities.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
