Join UnitingSA's Aged Care team as a Client RelationsConsultant, covering parental leave until April 2025. Reporting tothe Client Engagement and Relationship Manager you will deliver aperson-centred approach to the initial enquiry, providing financialinformation to enable the decision and coordinate the pre-admissionprocess to ensure an exceptional, supported customer experience.You will contribute to an outstanding standard of occupancy ratesacross all five of our Aged Care Facilities whilst maintainingefficient work process and regulatory compliance.

As the face of UnitingSA, this role will ensure positive firstand lasting impressions of our Aged Care services. Apply nowfor this impactful role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service for all aged careenquiries
  • Communicate comprehensive knowledge of availablesupports
  • Deliver person-centred service with compassion andempathy
  • Provide personalised guidance on care options inResidential Care
  • Explain financial and contractual requirements clearly
  • Offer ongoing support throughout the admission process
  • Ensure seamless transitions into care
  • Obtain required documentation via My Aged Care portal
  • Maintain enquiries and referral lists for timelyplacements
  • Maximise leads to meet occupancy targets
  • Liaise with referrers to support timely patientplacement
  • Coordinate and conduct site tours as required.

Skills & Experience:

  • A recognised qualification in Sales or BusinessAdministration, or successful performance related disciplineand/or equivalent experience in a similar role (desirable)
  • Current SA Driver's licence (essential)
  • Current DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check and National PoliceClearance (essential)
  • High level of proficiency with the Microsoft Officesuite
  • High level of knowledge of the My Aged Care assessmentprocess, Aged Care legislation, services and supports(essential)
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role,with a proven ability to deliver high-level customer serviceand convert leads into sales
  • Ability to establish and maintain professionalrelationships with stakeholders (both internal &external)
  • Demonstrated experience and commitment to delivering greatclient experiences, focused on meeting the needs of theclient.
