An exciting new opportunity has now become available for an enthusiastic Property Officer to work alongside an accomplished team of Property Managers and service a prestige portfolio of properties across the Inner West area.


The Position
In the role of Property Officer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Schedule and conduct open for inspections
  • Liaise with tenants and landlords and develop relationships
  • Assist Property Managers with ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
  • Manage and respond to incoming rental enquiries
  • Prepare lease agreements, bond documents and new lease packs
  • Ad hoc admin support to the property management team

The Person
***- Previous experience in a similar Leasing role (minimum of 1 year)

  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Knowledge of REST and Inspection Manager software highly advantageous
  • A natural rapportbuilder with first class problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and a talent for multitasking
  • Exceptional communication skills and A Grade personal presentation
  • Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
