Key responsibilities:


Working in a small and high-performing Finance Team, this full-time role would suit a recent graduate or Accounts Assistant ready to progress into the next stage of your career.


The highlights of the position are:

  • Daily processing of payments and bank reconciliations.
  • Verification and coding of invoices.
  • Preparation of vendor payments and coordination of remittance advices.
  • Credit card expense payments and reconciliations.
  • Processing customer statements, reconciling customer accounts and responding to queries.
  • Preparation of ATB reporting and assistance with debt collection support.
  • Report preparation and general administrative duties.

  • Understanding of the Accounts Receivable and Payable function.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate keyboard data entry ability.
  • Professional telephone manner with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
