**Ray White | Langwarrin **are seeking an enthusiastic, vibrant and highly organised individual to join our elite and highly respected team as an
**Office Manager.**

In this role, you will work very closely with our Director and take responsibility for the smooth functioning of all the behind-the-scenes operations of this exciting, award-winning Real Estate office.

We are seeking someone who ideally has real estate office experience, however however we strongly encourage anybody with the appropriate skills and experience within a similar environment to apply

**Your duties will include**:

- Supporting and assisting the Director in the smooth running of all areas of the business;
- Developing, motivating and driving all teams and the business as a whole toward the vision of continued growth, whilst providing a supportive environment in which the team can flourish;
- Developing and maintaining office policy and procedures;
- Develop and integrate new initiatives into the business;
- Lead the business and team in a positive and productive manner;
- Being the key point of contact for all Sales, Operations and PM team members requiring support, along with being the final point of resolution for any clients or suppliers requiring escalated assistance having not resolved at Dept level;
- Overseeing general office operations;
- On-boarding new team members;
- Managing office compliance;
- Systems management;
- Data management;
- Basic accounting functions;
- Preparing reports for the director and sales team;
- Taking key ownership of internal processes, team KPl's, regular reporting and analytics, and team training and development within the Operations, Sales and PM Dept.
- Managing office reception and admin teams;
- Supporting marketing initiatives; and
- managing community engagement.

**To succeed in this role you'll have...**
- at least 2+ years of previous experience as an Office Manager or similar;
- Previous real estate experience is a distinct advantage;
- Knowledge of accounting software and practices;
- Strong leadership skills;
- A solid understanding of HR principals and practices;
- A 'can do' attitude;
- Initiative and desire to improve process;
- Competency with a range of software including but not limited to - Microsoft Office suite and Google suite of products;
- Sound technical skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Excellent time management skills;
- The ability to prioritise;
- A high attention to detail; and
- The ability to build and maintain a positive culture.
