The organisation:
Our client is a world leader in supplying carton packaging solutions within the food and beverage industry. They work in partnership with their customers to bring food products to consumers via sustainable, safe and affordable packaging.

The role:
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will undertake research and Marketing support activities to help drive brand awareness and grow market share for the company. Your duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Mapping insights, trends, data and reports in line with business opportunities identified and pursued as part of the company's strategic growth plan.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers' businesses to develop customised solutions to meet their needs that drive top-line and bottom-line growth.
  • Support the execution of a strong innovation pipeline with customers in consultation with Key Account Managers (KAMs), driving customers to (co)-create new product offerings and explore new market segments.
  • Assist in the execution of marketing programs.
  • Drive awareness for the brand and product portfolio to reach new customers and key influencers of existing customers' organisations.
  • Develop marketing collateral in collaboration with KAMs.
  • Provide sleeves, mock ups and filled samples to internal and external customers.
  • Initiate opportunity data in Salesforce CRM.
  • Assist in the execution of a Net Promoter Score (NPS) program including data collection (specifically customer feedback), follow up and review.
    About you:
    • Minimum 2-3 years experience in Marketing support (including undertaking marketing research activities).
    • Team player, who is keen to roll up their sleeves and 'get their hands dirty'.
    • Industry experience in FMCG (food and beverage), manufacturing, industrial or packaging preferred.
    • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
