Your new role
In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals, overseeing the delivery of high-quality business advisory and accounting services. Your responsibilities will include: Managing client relationships and ensuring their financial needs are met Providing strategic advice on tax planning, compliance, and business growth Supervising and mentoring junior staff members Collaborating with partners to drive firm-wide initiatives What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes: Professional Qualifications: A relevant degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CA or CPA qualification is highly desirable. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business services within an Australian chartered accounting firm. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive work environment. Client Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships. Technical Proficiency: Solid knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. What you'll get in return
