Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operate Machinery:

    • Set up and operate production equipment efficiently.
    • Monitor machinery performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal production.

    • Assembly Line Tasks:

      • Perform assembly tasks accurately and in line with production guidelines.
      • Ensure all components and products are correctly assembled to meet company standards.

      • Quality Control:

        • Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet high-quality standards.
        • Report any quality issues to supervisors promptly and assist in troubleshooting.

        • Material Handling:

          • Load and unload raw materials, parts, and finished products safely and efficiently.
          • Organize materials to ensure a smooth workflow and proper storage.

          • Maintenance and Cleaning:

            • Perform routine maintenance on production equipment.
            • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe to maintain a productive environment.

            • Safety Compliance:

              • Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently.
              • Wear required protective gear and immediately report any unsafe conditions or incidents.

              • Documentation and Reporting:

                • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

                • Team Collaboration:

                  • Work cooperatively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
                  • Assist colleagues when needed and actively participate in team meetings and improvement initiatives.

                    Qualifications:

                    • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
                    • Ability to operate and maintain machinery.
                    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
                    • Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures.
                    • Good communication and teamwork skills.

                      Physical Requirements:

                      • Ability to stand for extended periods.
                      • Ability to lift and move materials up to 20 kg
                      • Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks.

                        Working Conditions:

                        • Exposure to noise, dust, and other elements common in a production environment.
                        • Shift work may be required, including evenings and weekends.
