The Position:

  • Data entry into site database
  • Answering email and telecommunications in a timely manner
  • Providing support to Cleaning and Porterage Supervisors where required
  • Providing support to above-level managers where required
  • Ensuring all duties are completed on night duty

 The Person:

  • Flexible, reliable and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Displays a positive and resilient nature 
  • Experience in a similar position highly desirable
  • Strong computer  skill with experience using different database systems/programs
