You will be working for a dedicated family business, dedicated to providing real advice and solutions to their clients.
Your new role
You will play an integral part of the team, ensuring all clients have a positive and seamless experience, welcoming and accommodating them in the office and assisting with any queries. Supporting the Finance Team with Administrative tasks you will:
Your duties will include:
Act as the initial communication point for enquiries from existing clients. Uphold continuous relationships with clients by delivering top-notch customer service in managing and executing our advice and suggestions. Guarantee all interactions with clients meet the necessary compliance, professional standards, policies, and regulatory mandates. Offer necessary administrative assistance to the advisers when needed. What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous reception experience in a corporate environment and are eager to pursue a career in this area, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, a sharp attention to detail, the ability to manage a high volume of phone calls and a pleasant and professional demeanour.
