Plant Operator

Currently, we're seeking skilled Plant Operators with a Dozer ticket to join our dynamic team in our landfill operations department.

Position:
Plant Operator (Dozer) - Landfill Operations

Location:
Rocklea and Northgate

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain heavy machinery, primarily Dozers, in a landfill environment.
• Ensure efficient and safe movement of waste materials within the landfill site.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to optimize operational processes.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations.

  Requirements:

  • Valid Dozer ticket with demonstrable experience in operating heavy machinery.
  • Previous experience in landfill operations is highly desirable. However, candidates willing to learn will also be considered.
  • Possession of a White Card (Construction Induction Card) is mandatory.
  • Excavator tickets are desirable but not essential.
  • Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
