his role is par of he Marke s echnology eam suppor ing he Corpora e and Ins i u ional division of NAB. I is cri ical o providing a s able and efficien opera ing environmen for colleagues who service NAB's clien s across Aus ralia and in erna ionally and manage he bank's risk posi ions hrough raded produc s.

his role requires a work schedule ha aligns wi h local business opera ing hours and some weekend work where required.

You are a passiona e, cus omer-focused desk op suppor analys wi h hands on experience suppor ing VIP cus omer base. You work in a highly collabora ive manner wi h your eam and he colleagues you suppor across Aus ralia.

Key Responsibili ies:

Provide excep ional cus omer service o all our 250+ s aff across he Sydney and Brisbane regions Diagnose and resolve echnical hardware and sof ware issues in person, via phone, or elec ronically Iden ify and escala e si ua ions requiring urgen a en ion Build and deploy desk op and lap ops Assis wi h reloca ion of echnology for single, mul i-desk and office moves Main ain accura e inven ory of local equipmen Assis wi h he ins alla ion, main enance and raining for sof ware and hardware Suppor he rading phone and voice recording sys ems S aying up o da e wi h sys em informa ion, changes and upda es Work wi h o her NAB echnology eams and vendor suppor con ac s o resolve echnical problems wi h desk op compu ing and elephony equipmen Work wi h o her NAB echnology eams o deliver projec rela ed changes for Marke s and drive bes solu ion and ou comes ha are fi for purpose
Your Skills and Experience

3+ years' experience in an en erprise desk op suppor or service desk role Proven abili y o opera e in a high-pressure environmen Excep ional in erpersonal and communica ion skills S rong I roubleshoo ing and inciden resolu ion skills Abili y o self-mo iva e, iden ify issues and drive resolu ions involving mul iple eams Experience wi h he following: Microsof Windows (7 & 10) Microsof Ac ive Direc ory DNS, DHCP, SCCM Office 365 Basic unders anding of ne work concep s (rou ing/VLAN's/Firewalls/e c.) VoIP Da a and phone pa ching Mobile devices We'd love if you have some experience wi h rading room environmen s, rading applica ions (Bloomberg, e c) and voice recording
