Position Description:

An experienced Change Analyst professional is needed to help successfully engage with stakeholders and employees. Insuring as well as providing data driven insights for the effective delivery of a new system. Simultaneously, there is capacity for another individual to join the team in a Learning and Development Coordinator role to track, generate, guide, and deliver training to critical users in an accessible and engaging manner. This client is flexible and open-minded in their approach to this role and can offer a number locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Change Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during organisational changes.

    AND/OR

    • Training and Development: Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that address skill gaps, promote professional development, and support employee growth.

      Plus

      • Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Analyse survey data and propose action plans for improvement.
      • Performance Management: Work on the development and enhancement of performance management processes, providing guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
      • Data Analytics: Utilise HR metrics and data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement throughout the delivery processes.
      • Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, Clinical Site Managers, Payroll, Team Leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of OD initiatives with overall HR objectives, policies, and procedures. .

        Requirements:

        • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, Strongly advised to have a Human Resources background
        • Proven experience in HR Organisational Development or a related role.
        • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
        • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
        • Knowledge of HR best practices and current trends in organisational development.
