Permanent Full Time - 80 hours per fortnight

Are you passionate about fostering growth and excellence within organisations? MDHS are seeking a dedicated Coordinator: Organisation Development to join our team Your primary role will be to provide high quality service and support to help identify, develop, implement and administer education and training programs to the Corporate, Hospitality and Building Services departments.
This position will work closely with other members of the People, Culture and Wellbeing directorate to help MDHS deliver on its purpose to develop its people and maintain a high-performing workforce by ensuring its staff and volunteers have the relevant skills and knowledge to perform their roles.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
- Hold a minimum of Certificate IV Training and Assessment (or working towards).
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role with the proven ability develop and facilitate a range of training programs across all levels of employees in the organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and maintaining systems.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating learning and development initiatives and programs.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and facilitating leadership development programs.
- Demonstrated ability to provide professional advice across all levels within an organisation.
- Well-developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication and influencing skills, including the ability to build effective working relationships with people at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated time management skills.
- Strongly developed empathetic approach.
