Looking for Change Managers where your responsibilities encompass a wide range of support services. Your goal is to facilitate the effective and efficient delivery of project-related change management, communications, and training initiatives for both internal and external stakeholders.

Letâs delve into the key aspects of your role:

  • Leverage established change management methodologies, processes, and tools to create a robust change management strategy. This strategy will support the successful adoption of changes required by the project.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of change management activities.
  • Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of essential project communications. Effective communication is crucial for stakeholder engagement and alignment.
  • Coordinate all project communication activities, ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging.
  • Develop a training plan that aligns with project goals.
  • Lead suppliers to facilitate development of training materials that are engaging, informative, and tailored to the needs of end users.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations.
  • Implement an engagement strategy that fosters collaboration and buy-in from key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with program and project leadership to communicate change deliverables effectively.
