My client is an interesting hidden champion in the Crypto space. The company has been active for a couple of years and has partnered with Crypto giants on cutting edge tech projects.

Job Description

Lead the Genesis Launch of the project that the company has been working towards for the past years. You will be responsible for a smooth, excellent execution, and a launch event that will leave an impact on the Crypto industryEnsure cross-team collaboration to ensure all synergies are explored in order to make it the best in class launch eventManage the launch logistics, timeline and operations, as well as resource allocation, in a professional, experienced mannerEnsure launch KPIs are in place and met and exceededThink a few steps ahead at all times and be prepared for all kinds of challenges that may arise on the wayManage communication and expectations of all stakeholders, including investors, clients and partnersExplore partnership opportunities with leading Crypto voices in order to make the launch resonate with the industryLead the operational excellence of the project beyond the launch event. Ensure that the infrastructure is robustWork closely with the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Marketing Officer as well as the Founder to ensure operational excellence and alignment with the strategic, mid- and longterm goals of the company

The Successful Applicant

Proven track record in Crypto token launch event management, and of leadership in a high growth start upProven ability to oversee the launch of Crypto projects onto the marker, considering all aspects of it from operations, to marketing, to financialsLeadership capabilities, experience building successful teams from scratch and scaling themAbility to excel in a leadership role under stressful circumstances, and ready to work longer hours and extra shifts when the launch approachesExceptional organizational skills, with the ability to do multiple tasks simultaneously without missing anythingOutstanding communication skills internally as well as externally, ability to unite everyone for a common goalStrategic A strategic and tactical thinker, equipped with robust problem-solving skills to navigate the complexities of a launch of this magnitudeA deep understanding of the web3 ecosystem and blockchain technology
