About Us:

Join the team at Noarlunga Aquatic and Recreation Centre, a leading indoor aquatic facility in Adelaide's City of Onkaparinga. We offer a diverse range of services, including a family pool area, a 25m lap pool, a fitness centre, and three basketball courts for various sports. Committed to creating a positive and safe environment, we are currently seeking a dedicated Duty Supervisor with previous experience in the Aquatic space to contribute to the efficient running of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Noarlunga Aquatic and Recreation Centre.
  • Lead and inspire a team of staff with professionalism and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Act as the first point of contact for staff on shift, fostering open and clear communication.
  • Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all patrons within our facilities.
  • Handle administrative and financial adhoc tasks efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a high standard of presentation and attitude.

    Qualifications and Experience required:

    • Working with Children Check.
    • Child Safe Environment Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
    • Current First Aid Certificate with valid CPR.
    • Pool Plant Operators Certificate.
    • Pool Lifeguard Certificate
    • Previous experience in the Aquatic space.

      Centre Operating Hours:

      Monday to Friday: 6 am to 8 pm

      Saturday: 7 am to 4 pm

      Sunday: 9 am to 4 pm

      Remuneration:

      $38+ per hour, plus superannuation.

      We require the successful candidate to be available to work a variety of hours, including evenings and weekends.
