You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent to join our team. You'll immerse yourself in the world of travel, networking with individuals who share our passion and embody the spirit of exploration. Your creativity and energy will be key in crafting innovative recruitment strategies to ensure we continue to build a team that reflects our values and vision.

Stakeholder management will come naturally to you, and you will go out of your way to deliver to your customers; FCTG Leaders at all levels of the business. As Area and Nation Leaders will rely on you to drive and deliver their staffing goals, fostering relationships and providing expert recommendations is essential.

Day to day:

  • Source, select, and place candidates through best-practice recruitment methods
  • Manage activity and proactively assist in delivering results to achieve business targets 
  • Partner with all businesses, leaders and support teams to build strong relationships and achieve business goals 
  • Ensure that the Recruitment Centre is the custodian and role model of our philosophies and values 
  • Champion team initiatives such as employer branding strategies, employee referrals and retention
  • Availability to conduct interviews and attend events before and after hours when required

This role will not be easy, however your hard work will be worth it. You'll face challenges and work with daily deadlines in this high volume role. You will be hands-on from day one and as such, this role suits someone who is confident, highly flexible and adaptable and who thrives in a busy work environment.

You will have:

  • Proven results with targets and KPIs in a volume environment 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build multi-level relationships 
  • Proven time management skills and ability to achieve deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Thorough understanding of the unique business culture of FCTG
  • A proactive approach, resilience & ability to problem solve
  • An integral and confident character 
  • High emotional intelligence and awareness of self and others
  • Recruitment experience is preferred, but not essential 
  • Availability to work fulltime, and conduct interviews & meetings before & after business hours as required
