This role sits within our Pricing Team and is tasked with continuous improvement of the dynamic pricing algorithm. Using your skills in data analysis, model development and automation, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering on-going improvements to our pricing model performance.

A day in the life...

  • Delivering growth in profitable sales and market share.
  • Developing pricing algorithms based on successful strategies.
  • Implementing models in experimentation frameworks.
  • Communicating results of enhancements and experiments, and on-going performance to various
    business stakeholders.
  • Working with the development team to deliver extra pricing functionality as required.

 

 

Who you are...

  • Experience developing and delivering production-ready Python applications.
  • University Degree in Information Technology, Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or comparable.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Good understanding of business, economics, and business intelligence.
  • Experience handling large datasets is an advantage.
  • Experience in an analytical role and/or data analysis is an advantage.
  • Experience in an eCommerce-company and/or the Travel Industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • An ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way.
  • Ambitious, driven and known to show initiative.
  • Flexible and independent.
