As a key administrative support, you will support the Neuroscience & Oncology teams in their daily operations. Your systems expertise, proficiency in managing calendars and schedules for senior staff, and ability to coordinate travel, meetings, symposiums, and various administrative tasks will be highly valued. This role requires a proactive, adaptable, and resilient individual who is able to handle a variety of tasks.

Duties...

  • Diary & Calendar management to ensure that all departmental activities are effectively scheduled and managed.
  • Organise meetings with HCP - scientific exchange, advisory boards and health education programs.
  • Overseeing procurement processes, including the creation of purchase orders, management of invoices and payments, and vendor relationship management.
  • Manage and maintain databases and documentation in accordance with compliance standards.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for the department with regard to system queries, training, upgrades, and other related matters.
  • Managing departmental expenses, credit cards, and arranging international and local travel for executives and leaders.
  • Support the events team with logistics and event tasks.
  • Ad-hoc project work as required.

Skills and Experience...

  • Pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Demonstrated experience working in administrative/ coordination/ Executive Assistant or related positions.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and prioritising abilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
