Essential criteria

  • 1 Proven experience in leadership roles, with a focus on identity and access management or related disciplines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to IAM and identity governance.
  • Ability to analyse complex issues, identify solutions, and make informed decisions to drive IAM strategy forward.
  • Demonstrated positive attitude towards people with disability, aligning with the core purpose of the NDIA.
  • Proven ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance.
