We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated client side Project Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of 2 years’ experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the construction or real estate industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Provide project management assistance from project planning to implementation under the guidance of the Project Manager
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project timelines, budgets, resources and programs
  • Assist in the management of procurement process and drive efficiency through procurement strategic planning to realise cost savings
  • Ensure project priorities are clearly established to meet stakeholder's expectations and keep stakeholders well-informed
  • Liaise and coordinate with service providers to ensure they contribute positively to projects, as directed by the Project Manager
  • Assist in the developing of critical documentation for construction and occupation certification
  • Ensure projects are compliance with legal obligations, financial processes and delegated authority

Requirements

  • Relevant Qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
  • Proven more than 2 years’ experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the construction or real estate industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Mandarin speaking is a plus
