The Opportunity

We're seeking a Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic Procurement & Commercial Services team. Reporting to the Governance and Oversight (G&O) Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end purchase to pay process within Workday and executing various procurement coordination tasks. Your primary duties include managing purchase requisitions, coordinating purchase orders across business units, monitoring order statuses, and maintaining accurate supplier records within Workday. Additionally, you'll actively contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying and recommending innovative solutions. Your support will also be vital in reducing administrative tasks and enhancing overall team efficiency.

In addition to your primary responsibilities, you'll provide backup support for the People, Culture & Inclusion (PC&I) Contingent Workforce team. This involves assisting with onboarding and offboarding activities for contingent workers, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with organisational policies. About You

We're searching for a skilled Procurement Analyst with a tertiary qualification in business, technology, or a related field, coupled with training in procurement methodologies and a comprehensive understanding of financial services organisations.

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated experience in procurement, contract, and vendor management, with a track record of fostering strong internal relationships to drive commercial outcomes. Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, along with familiarity with procurement and ERP systems, is essential, with preference given to those with experience in government, finance, or investment sectors. Attributes such as a proactive mindset, adaptability to fast-paced environments, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement are highly valued.
