About the role


Provide application support on the customer team, initial focus will be for the customer application but will look to expand into additional application over time. This is a support role with a focus on enhancements.

Key Responsibilities Take Ownership of and troubleshoot incidents and provide technical code fixes and data fixes. Develop program enhancements as defined in functional requirements / user stories. Ensure unit tests are developed and executed on all code changes and enhancements prior to peer review. Ensure peer review is always completed successfully prior to migration of data fixes, code changes and enhancements. Identify recurrent incidents and undertake root cause analysis providing permanent solutions to underlying problems. Ensures that solutions adhere to development standards. Maintains current documentation on all programs, systems and procedures. Ensure SLAs are achieved, and the customers expectations are exceeded. Ensure that systems, processes and methodologies as specified are followed.
