Keys Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced Service Technician with prior experience in industrial robotics to join our Victorian Service team, based in Campbellfield. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team, where you provide technical skills to install, test and service equipment while utilising your trouble shooting skills. 

As a Service Technician at Diverseco, you’ll be an essential part of Service and Project Delivery Team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for installation, testing, service and repairs of customer and Diverseco Automation products and systems.
  • Liaise with local Service Supervisor to maximise site attendances, communicate delays, improve customer satisfaction, and improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Use initiative to demonstrate better ways of doing things and communicate as appropriate.
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to increase our product and service offering to clients which can contribute to our Technical Staff Lead Bonus Incentive Plan

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience as an electrical, mechanical, service and / or installation automation technician.
  • Knowledge and experience with industrial robots in mechanical, electrical and software aspects.
  • Willing to travel locally and interstate for service and installation works
  • White card and/or a Forklift license (highly desirable).
  • A current Australian driver’s licence and ability to drive a manual vehicle.
  • Full working rights within Australia.
