What does the job look like?

The Cash Management Analyst is responsible for providing cash management of varied ATM and bank branch networks as well as other cash devices/recyclers through the utilisation currency management software and spreadsheet analysis. Key areas include:

  • Analysis of ATM behaviour and seasonal variations through the use of analysis tools with the objective of improving the relationship between the actual and system forecasted cash demand requirements
  • Communicate cash order requirements to ensure sufficient funds available
  • Assist with internal queries relating to previous/future delivery values 
  • Maintaining positive relationships with Customers 
  • Monitor ATM support system for cash outages
  • Formation of varied simulations/models to demonstrate what-if scenarios for possible servicing improvements and cost reductions.
  • Determine required action for system generated pre-emptive ATM shortfall alerts by monitoring individual ATM’s to avoid cash outage situations.

  • Analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Demonstrated computer skills – MS Office
  • Effective time management and task prioritisation
  • Bookkeeping experience is advantageous
