Actively participate in various dynamic projects' development, implementation, and commissioning phases, facilitating compliance with HS&E policies and collaborating with key stakeholders for project success.

Responsibilities

Preparing specifications and contracts, assessing tenders, and actively participating in the development, implementation and commissioning phases of projects

Manage several concurrent projects as you proactively develop engineering solutions, addressing both process and plant requirements within a Major Hazard Facility

Actively facilitate compliance with HS&E policies and guidelines, coordinating contractors, suppliers and internal resources when required

Collaborate with other key stakeholders within the Mulwala facility and broader organisation to ensure that you achieve project success

Maintain an understanding of explosive design requirements, engineering developments and relevant regulatory requirements

About You

Degree in engineering or equivalent qualifications in a chemical, mechanical, electrical or production discipline

Previous experience in a similar engineering position in support of capital projects

Well-developed project management skills with a proven ability to manage and deliver technical project outcomes, ideally within a similar high-risk environment

Strong team skills and the ability to successfully interact with various stakeholder groups
