Join Thales Australia's Mulwala facility as an Asset Planning Manager:

Reporting to the Capital Projects Manager, you will support the development and maintenance of Strategic Asset Management Plan (StAMP), managing the lifecycle planning of all physical assets from acquisition to disposal except ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Manage the lifecycle planning of all physical assets from acquisition to disposal except ongoing maintenance.

Develop and implement strategic asset management plan (StAMP) and strategies and ensure proposed projects comply with all relevant regulations and standards.

Co-ordinate with other departments to assess asset use and condition, maintain accurate records of all assets for reporting.

Collaborate with Department of Defence for implementation and prioritisation of projects through the strategic asset management plan (StAMP) and work closely with product and program managers to ensure new capabilities are identified & captured in the StAMP.

Prepare and manage the multi-year asset management budget (StAMP).

About You:

Engineering degree is preferred but wide experience on project management with project management qualifications is also welcomed.

Previous experience with Asset Management and a good understanding of asset lifecycle management.

Any experience in chemical or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.

Demonstrated track record for internal and external stakeholder management with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
