Turfcare Solutions is a premier provider of sports field construction, maintenance and renovation services in Australia. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Turf & Horticulture Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of Lawn/ Turf areas, light garden maintenance along with overseeing of Sports fields renovations and reporting back to the Account Manager.

So, what duties can you expect to do?

  • Working on iconic sites
  • Specialised Maintenance work
  • Mowing & maintenance/Horticultural works
  • Zero turn ride on operations
  • Variations based landscape work
  • Machinery use and Hand tools.
  • Horticultural fine detail work
  • Turf Laying and Sports Turf Management
  • Working within a team environment
  • Commercial Based Landscape Maintenance works
  • Chemical application backpack and Spray Rig
  • Open Space Chemical Application
  • Garden and Turf Chemical application experience

  • Previous Experience in the Landscape industry is preferable

What will you need?

  • A Current Drivers’ licence and own transport (or ability to get to site)
  • National Police Check or be willing to obtain at our expense
  • Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain.
  • AQF3 Chemical Accreditation (ACDC Ticket)
