Site Supervisor

Job Description
Direct Personnel is a leading labour hire and managed workforce provider with expertise in industrial services, including manufacturing, maintenance, and logistics.
Our client is a prominent building company based in North Brisbane, specializing in various building and civil construction projects throughout Queensland. They are seeking a Site Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all staff and contractors on site
- Accurately complete and submit daily paperwork, including pre-start meetings and site diaries
- Promote and adhere to all workplace health and safety and environmental regulations
- Oversee the installation of critical site components including earthing, foundations, fencing, and drainage
- Lead and manage civil works with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality
- Ensure all activities are completed on time and to the highest standards
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a site supervisor, ideally within civil construction
- Strong background in managing and leading teams
- Ability to lead projects safely and efficiently.
- Willingness to work in regional locations and travel as required (DIDO/FIFO)
- Current driver’s license and full working rights in Australia
