Job Description

Direct Personnel Services is a leading labour hire and managed workforce provider with expertise in industrial services, including manufacturing, maintenance, and logistics.

Our client is a prominent building company based in North Brisbane, specializing in various building and civil construction projects throughout Queensland. They are seeking a Site Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all staff and contractors on site
  • Accurately complete and submit daily paperwork, including pre-start meetings and site diaries
  • Promote and adhere to all workplace health and safety and environmental regulations
  • Oversee the installation of critical site components including earthing, foundations, fencing, and drainage
  • Lead and manage civil works with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality
  • Ensure all activities are completed on time and to the highest standards
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience as a site supervisor, ideally within civil construction
  • Strong background in managing and leading teams
  • Ability to lead projects safely and efficiently
  • Willingness to work in regional locations and travel as required
  • Current driver's license and full working rights in Australia
