As a Programmatic Coordinator, you will support the Programmatic Specialist with the management of all Foxtel Group’s programmatic campaigns including trafficking, implementation and reporting.

  • Day to day trafficking, implementation, reporting and pacing of campaigns across the Foxtel group
  • Executing and delivering those programmatic campaigns across display, video, PrOOH, audio and gaming
  • Keep track of budget pacing and report back to the specialist and manager in the team
  • Reporting and analysing early post launch campaign activities, providing actionable insights, data patterns and trends and relate this back to the impact on the business
  • Escalate and report issues & challenges to the Programmatic Lead, in a prompt manner
  • Working with the data team to create audience segments that align with the campaign
  • Using multiple consoles to pull data for use in statistical analysis and generate insights and recommendations on audience and media delivery

Skills and Experiences We’re Looking For 

  • Tertiary education in marketing and/ or media
  • Proven work experience and skills, and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience of and ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple hard deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Great general sports and/or entertainment knowledge
