Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Ad Operations Coordinator to join our Foxtel Media Digital Ad Operations Team.

About the Role

This role is responsible for supporting the team with booking, implementing and successfully delivering digital direct and programmatic campaigns. The successful candidate will work closely with Digital Campaign Managers to ensure creatives are delivered to specification and on time.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the Digital Ad Ops team with campaign planning, execution and delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with Digital Campaign Managers to deliver high-quality campaigns.
  • Provide regular updates to Sales and stakeholders on campaign progress.
  • Troubleshoot campaign delivery concerns or platform issues with stakeholders.
  • Provide operational insights and Sales support during briefing stages and throughout the life of a campaign.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Recent working experience within a corporate environment.
  • Preferred experience within digital media or advertising industries.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical, organised and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage workload.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Office.
