The role

We're looking for a payroll officer to join our team for 12-months. You will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for the weekly & monthly employees across the 7-Eleven network, resolving payroll queries in a precise, timely and customer focused manner.

  • Maintain employee records in ADP PayForce, Kronos & Workday
  • Process Terminations, back pay, overpayment calculation and employee entitlements
  • Extract and reconcile end of pay payroll reports and adhoc reports as requested
  • Manage efficient work processes to cope with work volumes and to meet fixed deadlines

What’s in your toolkit?

  • Experience using a payroll system (ADP PayForce desirable) in a high volume environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and an ability to communicate at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, organisational skills, and a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a high-volume payroll transactions environment and meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task effectively between system Payroll, HR & T&A system
