About our Water team

We design and deliver water and wastewater asset reliability and renewals, including pumping stations and treatment plants, bulk water asset upgrades and capital infrastructure projects. Our team is extensively experienced across a variety of disciplines including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, design and process.

About the opportunity

Senior Commissioning Manager will lead and complete all activities necessary to successfully commission and handover water and wastewater infrastructure including but not limited to pump stations, treatment facilities and pipelines in green and brownfield environments. This includes the development of plans, systems and processes to support the commissioning process as well as Client documentation for handover (e.g., O&M Manuals).

Key Responsibilities 
Development of Commissioning and Cut Over Plans

  • Prepare appropriate plans and procedures that meet Client standards and operations needs
  • Prepare RFT/RFQ packages in accordance with project, corporate and Client requirements
  • Issue RFT/RFQs

Quality Control and Assurance

  • Development of quality documentation
  • Testing of plant and equipment in accordance with quality documentation and verification of operational readiness of all installed plant and equipment

Commissioning and Handover

  • Liaison with Client representatives during commissioning activities
  • Management of lock out and tag out systems as required during commissioning activities
  • Pre-commissioning and commissioning of all systems and assets as required by the project specifications
  • Ensuring stable operations throughout commissioning to meet the requirements of the Customer Contracts
  • Troubleshooting and issue resolution throughout the commissioning of the project
