About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at Frontline Construction Australia. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, to the highest quality standard, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement site programs in conjunction with the Project Manager.
  • Monitor and coordinate construction and resource schedules.
  • Investigate and recommend process improvements.
  • Manage and coach staff effectively.
  • Maintain quality assurance and building compliance.
  • Manage day-to-day site control.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Building and Construction or relevant qualifications.
  • Minimum three years' experience in a similar position.
  • Computer literacy in word processing, Excel, programming, and document control software.
  • White Card and driver's license.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
