Our Insights and Data team helps our clients make better business decisions by transforming an ocean of data into streams of insight. Due to continued growth within Capgemini's Insights & Data practice, we intend to recruit a BI Engineer with relevant consulting and communication skills. Roles and responsibilities:

As a Data Quality Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining data integrity and upholding high standards of quality across our organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders, design and implement data quality strategies, and utilize cutting-edge tools to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy data quality strategies, policies, and procedures to uphold data integrity standards organization-wide.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, addressing data requirements and proposing solutions for data quality issues.
  • Design and implement data quality rules, metrics, and dashboards using Informatica IDMC.
  • Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and standardization activities to enhance data quality.
  • Perform data quality assessments and audits, resolving identified issues promptly.
  • Exhibit deep understanding of public sector data quality challenges and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with government agencies to ensure compliance with data quality standards.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in data governance, privacy, and security within the public sector.
  • Utilize Informatica IDMC for data quality management, integration, and governance.
  • Design and implement data quality rules and workflows within IDMC.
  • Familiarity with MuleSoft integration platform for data integration and API management.
  • Design and implement data integration solutions using MuleSoft to support data quality efforts.
  • Provide training and mentorship on data quality best practices and tools.
  • Stay updated on latest trends and best practices in data quality management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet data quality objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data quality management, governance, and integration.
  • Expertise in Informatica IDMC or similar data quality tools.
  • Familiarity with MuleSoft integration platform preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
