Brisbane, Australia BOQ Full time

About the Role

At BOQ Group, we’re transforming our risk culture. Our multi-year change agenda is more than just a series of initiatives—it’s a commitment to embedding knowledge, fostering skills, and nurturing behaviours that drive positive risk outcomes.

As the Capability Partner – Risk Transformation, your responsibilities include partnering across workstreams within our Risk Transformation program. You’ll proactively identify, scope, design, build, and deliver learning curriculums, courses, and on-the-job support tools that will enable our people to deliver exceptional risk outcomes confidently and competently in their roles.

As part of this role you will analyse proposed changes and complete thorough Training Needs Analysis to identify technical and behavioural skills required for effective change adoption in each audience group aligned with the target states.

With the ongoing change piece that is our risk transformation, you’ll be required to sequence, schedule and project manage the development approach to ensure timely delivery across work streams, including resource recommendation for implementation as well take responsibility of ongoing refinement and management of existing learning programs and experience to include changes

About you

It’s no secret, we are looking for a training and development guru. Someone with deep understanding of training needs analysis, methodologies and moments of learning needs with the ability to choose the most effective learning/performance solution

Given the nature of the work, other experience that would be extremely helpful is change management and change delivery within a financial services environment or transformation program. Demonstrated systems thinking capabilities with the ability to distinguish training needs from other needs (process improvement, system design, communication, change management) will also hold you in good stead.

This role will require you to show initiative, work autonomously and deal with a wide range of stakeholder groups so it goes without saying we’ll need someone with strong written and verbal communication skills. As our transformation continues, the goal posts can shift so we’ll need you to show resilience, readiness for change and the ability to adapt quickly.
