Senior UI Designer

What you’ll do
- Understand customer needs: The role involves deeply understanding customer needs and pain points to design user-friendly experiences and products.
- Partner with stakeholders: The designer will work closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Design and implement solutions: The role involves designing and implementing digital tools and frameworks to improve customer experiences and product development.
- Maintain consistency: The designer will ensure that all customer value propositions (CVPs) are consistent across different platforms and channels. Working with our design system and leading our omni-channel CMS experience.
- Drive user-centric design: The role emphasises a user-centric approach to design, focusing on creating intuitive and delightful experiences for customers.
What you’ll bring
- Entrepreneurial & Progressive: Take ownership of ideas from concept to market launch, building relationships with talented individuals who share your vision.
- Comfortable with Ambiguity: Embrace uncertainty and complex business problems, identifying the right people to execute the best solutions.
- Empathetic & Influential: Demonstrate empathy for stakeholders and involve them in design research and testing to build their own empathy for customers and reduce resistance to change.
- Accountable & Communicative: Establish and maintain ownership and accountability while enabling team members to self-lead their work. Communicate effectively and tell compelling stories backed by research insights and data.
- Generous & Astute: Skill-up and teach business stakeholders about design-thinking methods and techniques to identify and prioritise business decisions with a customer-centric lens. Understand the customer and business landscape swiftly to ask better informed questions.
