About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Application Developer to drive the development of our mobile platforms at swipejobs. As a key member of our cross-functional teams, you will collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers to create intuitive, user-friendly apps for both iOS and Android.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android.
  • Collaborate with the product and UX/UI design teams to implement new features and improve user experience.
  • Work with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless app performance.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimise mobile applications for maximum performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve our mobile platforms.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in mobile application development (iOS and/or Android).
  • Proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, or React Native (TypeScript).
  • Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries integration.
  • Knowledge of mobile application architecture, design patterns, and performance optimisation.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (Git).
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
