We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced Personal Care Worker for morning and afternoon shifts in our 60-bed Residential facility. For those who show empathy, treat those as they want to be treated, and can engage our residents to participate in activities, this job is for you. Not only will you have the support of an enrolled and registered nurse on both shifts, but we also have lifestyle assistants throughout the day.  

About You: 

  • Essential: Relevant qualifications, including a Certificate 3 in Aged Care 

  • Essential: Relevant experience within residential aged care or healthcare 

  • Experience 3 years or more providing care to those specifically with Dementia and behaviours of concern 

  • Strong communication and computer skills 

  • The ability to read, understand and enact care plans 

  • Current NDIS check 

  • Passion for working with the elderly
