Position Overview: I am seeking an ambitious and driven Associate Product Manager to join the expanding team in Sydney. In this role, you'll report directly to the newly promoted Senior Product Manager and play a crucial part in driving the success of the product portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Product Manager to develop and execute product strategies that drive growth and market penetration.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing plans, including promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales enablement materials.
  • Work cross-functionally with R&D, marketing, sales, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
  • Support the management of product lifecycle, including forecasting, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
  • Analyse product performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for optimization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or product management roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry in Australia.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations, compliance standards, and market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to change.
