About the role:

Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you will support leaders and employees in the Retail Markets business unit. You will act as a trusted advisor and provide guidance to the business across the full range of HR disciplines, including talent management, workforce planning, organisational development, culture, and employee relations.

In this role, you’ll be:

Providing professional, business-focussed People and Culture services and advice to the Retail client groups.Influencing and engaging senior leaders to arrive at commercial people outcomes.Developing and promoting our contemporary people management plan to achieve organisational successInvestigating employee grievances and resolving key people issues

Ideally, you’ll bring to the role:

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or other related disciplineExtensive business partnering experienceexposure to HR generalist, stakeholder management, people management practices and organisational capabilityProven experience addressing capability gaps and lifting leadership capabilityAbility to develop strong, productive partnerships and engage key stakeholders
