What you'll do:

As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will play an integral role in managing the financial health of our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing bookkeeping operations, preparing Management Reports, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records. You will be entrusted with multiple clients' accounts, requiring you to demonstrate your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Your ability to work independently and stay motivated will be key to your success in this role.

Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping operations ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Manage multiple clients' accounts, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records
Prepare comprehensive Management Reports on a regular basis
Reconcile accounts meticulously, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
Maintain accurate records, demonstrating attention to detail and commitment to quality
Work effectively under time pressures, meeting deadlines consistently

What you bring:

The ideal Senior Bookkeeper candidate brings a wealth of experience in bookkeeping roles, with at least five years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MYOB and Xero accounting packages is essential, as is experience in AP, AR, Payroll, BAS and Tax. Exceptional organisational skills are required for managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills are also crucial for this role. The ability to work independently and stay motivated under pressure is highly valued.

• Minimum of five years of experience in a similar bookkeeping role
• Proficiency in MYOB and Xero accounting packages
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Payroll, Business Activity Statement (BAS) and Tax
• Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated under pressure
