ULYSSES FNQ PTY LTD T/A Preston Fresh Seafood Cairns is looking for a motivated and experienced Fish Filleter to join our team

•        Immediate start available

•        Salary: $70,238 plus superannuation

You will be working in a beautiful part of Tropical North Queensland.

 You’ll need the right attitude and are willing to work in a fast-paced environment

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years Fish FILLETING (not portioning or cutting fish) experience working within a Seafood Wholesale or Retail.

The job involves processing of Tasmanian Salmon, Reef Fish, Barramundi and other fish.

Cleaning and setting up is also required.
