Fish Cutter

We are seeking an experienced Fish Filleter to join our team at Preston Fresh Seafood. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Fish Filleter roles within a Seafood Wholesale or Retail environment.

Responsibilities include processing Tasmanian Salmon, Reef Fish, Barramundi, and other fish species, as well as cleaning and setting up equipment. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be willing to work in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a positive attitude.

Key Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of Fish Filleter experience

Compensation:
• Salary: $70,238 plus superannuation
