The role:

Our Aged Care division has reached an exciting phase in our growth and are now seeking an experienced Aged Care Recruitment Consultant to join our Perm team.

The position involves managing the permanent recruitment of various positions with Residential Aged Care Facilities including both Clinical and Non-Clinical Staffing.

We are looking for someone with experience in the sector who is keen to join a warm desk with an excellent industry reputation, and holds the drive and ability continue to build on our existing relationships and make the desk your own.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years’ experience in Aged Care Recruitment within Australia
  • Entrepreneurial and autonomously driven
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build ongoing client and candidate relationships
  • Someone who cares about their colleagues as much as themselves.
  • Alignment for our values (people first, growth through innovation, tenacity and authenticity)
